What Causes Heart Palpitations, Low BP And Dizziness With History Of Heart Attack?

massive heart attack 3 years ago...now having palpitations, sudden blood pressure drops, CHF. The bp drops have been bad resulting in dizziness, fainting, general tiredness and congestive heart failure. My doctor is going to do stress test, echo, and lots of blood work. Any suggestions!!!

your symptoms of palpitation and drop n blood pressure along with history of heart attack are suggestive of some cardiac disorder.
i would suggest you to undergo following test -
ECG
chest x ray
stress test
echocardiography
i would also suggest few precautions-
take adequate amount of fluid and stay hydrated
do not skip a meal
do exercise daily .
