What Causes Heart Palpitations With Breathlessness, Wrist, Fingers, Toes And Back Pains?

I keep feeling my heart beat multiple times, too fast. It only happens for a minute or so, then it comes back again. And it usually leaves my out of breath. I went to the doctor last month for anxiety attacks because i also have sharp pains in my wrist, fingers, toes, back, and just about everywhere else. Do you think my heart is beating to fast over anxiety? Or is it something else?

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice

It is most advisable to get done the cardiac evaluation and if the tests are normal one then it could be a anxiety that must be the cause of rapid heart beat, so try to come out the stress and anxiety, depression, anxiety can cause the rapid heart rate for sure.

Hope I have answered your query.
