What Causes Heart Palpitations With Erratic Heart Beats?
If I puff out my chest, my heart actually causes my chest to beat with it. I haven't experienced any pain. I do feel as if my heart jumps every once in a while, and the feeling is more frequent while puffing out my chest. Is this anything to be worried about?

I would explain that your symptoms are not suggestive of any cardiac disorders.
You should know that some ectopic heartbeats are quite normal during physical activity, anxiety or inspiration and expiration. So, there is nothing to worry about!
