Hi,

If you feel discomfort in the chest or sweating or palpitations or syncope or giddiness means you have to consult your doctor immediately without delay.

Panic attacks or atrial flutter or fibrillation or ectopic may present like this. Many other possibilities like hypothyroidism or electrolyte imbalance etc, avoid alcohol and caffeine drinks.

Please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
