What Causes Heart Palpitations With Higher BP And Oxygen Level 98?

Experiencing heart palpitations but have no pain, shortness of breath, or dizziness. I have an oximeter and can actually see the fluttering of the pulse. My blood oxygen levels are 98. I do have blood pressure slightly high 140/80. What should I do? Thank you.

it can happen both physiologically as in stress or exercise..or there can be some underlying pathological condition too for high bp and palpitations. .u should get bp checked regulary at intervals for few weeks..get an ecg and lipid profile checked..other than that do exercise regularly. .decrease ur salt and fried intake..and quit smoking if u do..
