Hi,I am Dr. Prabhakar Koregol (Cardiologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Heart Palpitations With Numbness, Exhaustion And Low Blood Pressure?
SINCE july 5 I AM HAVING NUMBNESS IN FINGERS, exhausted, heart beating out of my chest pulse rate has been as high as 111. Blood pressure running low for me last taken an hour ago. 104 over 59 very very tired, Legs hurt. loss of appetite, feel faint at times. Walking from bed to bathroom its like I have ran for 50 miles.
I understand your concern and would explain that your symptoms could be related to a metabolic disorder.
For this reason, I recommend consulting with your attending physician for a physical exam and some tests:
-a resting ECG and a cardiac ultrasound -a chest X ray study - complete blood count for anemia - blood electrolytes for any possible imbalances - vitamin D and vitamin B12 plasma levels for possible deficiency - kidney and liver function tests - thyroid hormone levels for thyroid gland dysfunction - cortisol plasma levels for possible adrenal gland dysfunction.
You should discuss with your doctor on the above tests.
Hope to have been helpful!
If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask me again!
Kind regards,
Dr. Iliri
