Hi today my heart has been racing fast when i try to go to sleep... Is this be cause i hadnt ate since yesterday ? I went out drinking lást night And i Was so hungover i wasnt hungry tall right Now i just ate a cheeseburger But my heart beat wont let me fall asleep

Certain foods can transiently cause high heart beats.
It is a temporary phenomenon and the heart rate rerun to normal after a while. If you are persistently experience the same symptoms, you can consult a cardiologist and get evaluated.
