What Causes Heart Palpitations With Vomiting And Loose Stools?

Hi, I have been in and out of the doctors office the last couple of days with a heartbeat feeling and sharp pain in my RLQ. After a CT and ultrasound they could not find anything and sent me home. Along with the pain I have been vomiting and looses stools. I know this is not normal but no one seams to listen, I would love to get some answers, thanks!

Hi,welcome to HCM.
Vomiting along with loose stools could be of the intestinal origin,preferably infectious gastritis.The infectious organism may be of bacterial origin in most cases.Antibiotics like ofloxacon and ornidazole are the main stay of treatment.Hydrate yourself adequately with 3-4 liters of water to combt fluid losses due to vomiting.Fluid loss can lead to increased heart rate and palpitations.Restoration of circulatory volume can be effective in relieving the palpitations.Consult your doctor for further help.
