Hello!

Welcome on HCM!

I understand your concern and would like to explain that probably you may have experienced a bout of what is called orthostatic hypotension associated with sinus tachycardia. This may happen when on a crowded environment.
Nevertheless, as your symptoms are nonspecific and may happen in several clinical scenarios, I recommend discussing with your attending doctor on the opportunity of performing a medical checkup (a careful physical exam and several lab tests) including:- resting ECG,
- complete blood count,- fasting blood glucose level,- liver and renal function tests,- thyroid hormones level - blood electrolytes level,- cardiac ultrasound - chest X ray study.
You need to frequently check your blood pressure values and refer them to your doctor.
Hope to have been helpful to you!

Kind regards,
Dr. Iliri
