What Causes Heart Racing,numbness In Arm And Dizziness During Sleeping?

im concerned I sometimes wake up do to my heart racing, numbness in my left arm, dizziness, difficulty breathing, shakiness, dry mouth and a feeling that I m about to pass out. This never happens when I m awake it only happens when i m sleeping. I am a female age 29 weight 191 height 5 6. I have metro valve prolapse and thats about it. What can it be? This is scaring me because its a horrible feeling I am scared to fall asleep. It doesn t happen everyday either

I understand your query and concern.
Your symptoms are suggestive of Arrhythmia's of heart.Get an ECG,2D Echo ,lipid profile immediately to confirm the diagnosis.Also monitor your blood pressure and heart rate.Drugs like calcium channel blockers,betaloc,lipid lowering drugs,anti hypertensive drugs will be helpful in your case.Electrophysiological study with or without Radio frequency ablation will the treatment of choice.
