What Causes Heartburn With Pain In Lower Left Side Of Back?

I have heartburn, and pain in my lower and mid section of my back on the left side only. Recently the doctor said I had a UTI but I had a UTI before and it did not feel the same. I don t feel good and concerned I am not getting a proper diagnosis; instead I feel the dr s are treating the symptoms only.

one you are having gastritis. not related to uti.get ECG and consult cardiologist can have ultrasound kub and urine analysis. if presence of pus cell or rbc and finding in ultrasound is found then urine culture and sensitivity can be done. with all investigation proper diagnosis can be done.
