What Causes Heat Edema After Changing The Place?

Hi , I’m 30 and My wife is 25 , 2 months back we got married, before marriage she was in Gudalur(TN) now she came to Dubai, After this place change , she often gets heat edema. What shall I need to cure it up? Moreover she was used to Homeopathy pills, if she takes any allopathy pills or injection, her hands get swelling (allergy), so its very critical situation for me to solve my wife problem, Please Suggest me? My future problem is how would I can plan for a baby is she has this problem? Reply to YYYY@YYYY

Please tell her to stop all the medications what she is taking right now
check her haemoglobin levels,blood urea,creatinine levels,thyroid levels,complete blood picture,electrolytes.
please meet a general physician.
due to extremes of temperature (both hot & cold) there can be chances of allergic reactions or other problems.
dont worry it takes some time for her to settle,hoping for sure her pregnancy will not be a problem.
