What Causes Heat Inside Body?

Why does my body feels like a fire inside? I m burning up hot on the inside but no fever. I feel so tired and drained and fatigued all the time especially after eating. I only feel a little relief when I put ice on my hands, feet, and stomach. What is wrong with me?

I have gone through your query. Your problems can be due to high cholesterol or hyperthyroidism. Check your lipid profile and thyroid profile. Also go for routine blood count and ESR to rule out any possibility of infectious process running in the body. Getting proper exercises like jogging will be helpful.
