What Causes Heat Strokes Followed By Vomiting?

Hi. I ve been on the drop shot for a year(because I have to be perscibed more), and out of the 3 months this would be my second month after getting the shot I believe, but I was like a week late getting my last shot(I haven t had a period in a year as well) I don t know if I have a stomach problem or what but I thought that I had a hernia, because I can see my stomach move and I can feel it with my hand and if I tap it follows I didn t know if it was a hernia, or what. I ve just recently started having really bad heat strokes that make me throw up I ve never had them in public before only once in a great while if I take a really long shower, but recently I could be in an air conditioned room just sitting there and I ll stand up and start walking and instantly have a heat stroke I hate them I don t know what is causing it. My stomach feels hard sometimes and other times it doesn t it started to feel hard at the top around the time everything started. Can you help me.?
