What Causes Heavier Periods, Cramps And Urge To Vomit?

So I got my period and its really heavy where I'm soaking pads, I have stomach tenderness along with cramps, I feel like I'm going to throw up, a little bit of a fever and I have been having that feeling that I have to pee but hardly do its just blood clots and blood. What is wrong with me?
