What Causes Heavier Periods With Cramps?

Hi I m 13 and I got my period when I was about 11 and yesterday and today I have had severe cramps where I can barely move I got my period this morning and I wear mini U tampons and they and drenched and blood is leaking through with about an hour and a half please help me I don t know what to do.
