What Causes Heaviness And Mild Pain In Chest While Walking Fast?

I have had my dual chamber pacemaker since 2009. I was diagnosed with sick syn. syndrome, severe arrhythmias, pvs and leaking tricuspid valve. I often still experience s.o.b., esp when walking steps or overexertion, walking fast, etc... I experience chest heaviness and slight mild pain in my whole chest. What causes this?

I really appreciate your concern, with cardiac disease such symptoms are very likely, you have to be very careful for this, because such condition need to be managed accordingly with proper drugs then you wont be having such symptoms again, some time it may need cardiac intervention, you can have words with cardiologist, hope this information may helps you, take care and have a nice day.
