I am 59 years old male my headfeels heavy when I am walking it hurts when I hold my head up it hurts on both sides of my head down to my sholder blades get some releaf by holding my head way up looking up or walking with my head down looking at the ground

Please get an X-ray done for your cervical Spine to rule out cervical spondylosis. Also, get your blood pressure monitored twice daily for 5 days and see if its falling in the normal range.
