Hi you are 52 years old obese female having pain calf muscles with little swelling an inability to get up from squat. You give history of fracture leg not recovered fully and little knee pain and no varicosity.Madam this pain is from muscles. The problem could be Muscle per se (myopathy)or its blood supply (vasogenic claudication)or its nerve ( neurogenic claudication).Get investigated and till forth go for warm water dip with added common salt.
