What Causes Heaviness And Pressure In The Chest?

I had a heart by pass 7 years ago, everything is going good, the problem I m having and it started two weeks ago . Its a heavy feeling at my heart like gas , I get this while I m setting at the computer and drinking water. Its where I need to stand up , or lay down to lose this filling around my heart.
