What Causes Heaviness And Tenderness On The Side Of Head And Neck?

I am feeling heavyness and tenderness with slight pain on the left side of my head and neck. I have noticed that left eye gets weak at times. When i lay on my back to go to sleep I feel constant pressure in on the left side of my head starts from the back and moves forward.

Hello

As you explain the situation it might be a stress headache. Try to have a good sleep and avoid liquids with caffeine instead.If it continues than you should consult your doctor for further follow up if needed.
