General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Heaviness what you are experiencing could be due to the process of maturation and rupture of follicles, which has been assisted by hormone hCG.

Usually, fertilization will happen for one of the egg released and will develop into zygote. It is possible to determine the details of pregnancy only after implantation, as visualized by ultrasound scan.

Kindly wait for the process to complete and follow the instructions given by your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
