What Causes Heaviness In Breast?

hey im starting to get a little worried about my nipples they have become quite tender over the past couple of months not so much that i cant wear clothes but at least so that i notice it, they are also quite red as well it started off just being the tip and now it has turned out to be the whole nipple, its feels quite sore to take off my bras as well as my boobs feel so heavy, im starting to get quite worried can you help me please.

Hi,

In case your complaints are period related(before periods, it is due hormonal status at the time. Fomentation giving support and pain medicines would help. Few patients need cyclical hormones to correct menstrual hormonal pattern. If it's not related to periods, you need physical examination to note any inflammation or cyst in breast tissue. This can be treated with cause specific drugs. Please consult a gynecologist.
