Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello thanks for asking from HCM

You have no symptoms of cold or any nasal discharge or any nasal stuffiness. There is persistent heaviness in chest, puffy eyes and this is not very severe. Such symptoms in absence of any nasal symptoms could occur in anxiety and should respond to anxiety medicines.

A lot of patients with anxiety present with persistent heaviness in chest, tightness and some times palpitations. Drugs like low dose beta blockers like Propranolol or Metoprolol can help to reduce these symptoms and will definitely help you. Visit a doctor for evaluation. Also get your ECG done to rule out any cardiac cause of your symptoms.

Thanks. Take care
