What Causes Heaviness In Chest And Heart Palpitation?

I feel like I am slighty heavy feeling in my chest, not severe and notice when I take my pulse it seems to skip a beat every once in a while, sometimes 25 beats sometime 10 beats. Any suggestions, it has been going on for a week now and I am not under any stress.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It can be normal in some individuals but if you are cautious. I also suggest you to once ECG can be done [it is non invasive simple test] but if heaviness in chest along with then once general physician check up is recommended. Take fruits, vegetables, salads in diet. Drink clean water, 7-8 hrs of sleep daily smile more and do guided meditation or pranayam.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
