What Causes Heaviness In Chest And Nausea?

Hi I have asthma but it not an asthma attack. I have a heart murmur . In the past I had congestion failure due to pregnancy . for past 4 days. My chest feels like paluation . I have fullness in my chest along with nausa feeling. I haven t been able to sleep well. Should I go to the hospital ?

Hi dear welcome to the HCM
As there can be many causes of heaviness in chest but since you have previous history of heart murmur and congestive failure,you must get an appointment with your treating doctor and discuss further.Mean while you get an ECG done and xray chest done first.To rule out acidic reflux you may take proton pump inhibitor medicines and follow accordingly.
