What Causes Heaviness In Elbows?

Last year I had rashes on my face and back and went to skin specialist who performed a biopsy & said its Lupas erythematosus.I did nt followed the prescription he advised as those rashes went in 2 weeks time completely & also i gained wait after that approx 4 to 5 kg in a mth time.I want to agian go for some diagnostic test to confirm whether shud i take sm treatment or precaution. Can you please suggest me some.A slight heaviness is observed in my elboes during the recent time & feels pain at stretching which is not felt otherwise. Please advise
