What Causes Heaviness In Eyes With Pain In Feet & Joints?

Hi doctor, My eyes feel heavy in the morning even after long hours of sleeping. I feel tired and energyless throughout the day. If I walk more than 5 minutes, I get worse pain in the feet and joints. I have gained 15 kgs in 5 months. I m 23 years old. Please help me.
