What Causes Heaviness In Head After Taking Duphastone?

I,29 yrs am 1 month pregnant and doctor has given me duphastone (10mg) for 2 weeks and folic acid for 30 days. I have taken duphastone 2 times. But my head feels very heavy. Is it safe or I should dicontinue it? Also for ovulation doctor had given me clomid before.Can you please comment
