What Causes Heaviness In Head And Headaches After Walking Or Running?

I feel lot of heaviness in my head after 1 km of running or fast walking which lasts from 2 to 10 hrs. I can not lift weight and also can not exercise even for 10 mins. I have no head injury in past. I am a sinusitis patient. Is is because of stress or tension headaches. I have tried starting very slowly but nothing is working for me.

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Since your headache is associated with exercise, we should rule out hypertension in your case.
Hypertension can cause headache after exertion.
So consult doctor and get done blood pressure monitoring.
If this is normal then stress and anxiety are likely cause for your headache.
So consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions.
Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on it's solution.
You may need anxiolytic drugs too.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these. But first rule out hypertension.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks
