What Causes Heaviness In Head And Tingling Sensation On Face?

hi I have tingling sensation of my face near left eye . I am also suffering from headache , heaviness in the head . I also forget things very quickly, for example, I forget what I was saying before completing my sentence...I am also having spondelytis..Can you please suggest me what can I do....is it because of spondelytis or there might be some other problem....
