What Causes Heaviness In My Head?
I have weird pulsing and little heaviness on the left side of my head. 3 weekend ago when to doctor stay that.i have high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Been taking lisinipril for the last towards weekend and have e benefit eating a very healthy low far diet. Etc salads, oatmeal, fruit, and no meat. High blood pressure us lowered but still have some heaviness and little twitching on the left side of my head sometimes. Please help?!

The headache you are referring is caused by high blood pressure. Normally, stabilization of the blood pressure should be accompanied by regression of the headaches. Paracetamol or ibuprofen may help with the pain.
