What Causes Heaviness In Shoulder And Upper Arm?

Hi. My name is Amy Turner. When I move my shoulder it s feels as if the bones are crunching a lot and it hurts, it does this every time I move it and I have to keep clicking it to be able to move my arm. My shoulder and upper arm also feels like its dead and heavy.

I suspect this could be an issue with the your spine, with conditions like spondylosis requiring an examination by an orthopedic specialist and also an MRI of your spine possible. This along with an xray of your shoulder region should help find the cause for your presentation.
