What Causes Heaviness In Shoulder Blades And Arms Along With Tightness In Neck?

Hi doctors! I ofter feel heaviness on my shoulder blades and left arms, tigtness on my neck. Im currently diagnosed with asymptomatic gerd and still take omeperazoles. My ecg came out nornal, clear Ultrasound and my blood chem are all normal. What would be the possible reasons for my discomfort. I ve been sneezing lately, no colds or runny nose. I have quit smoking for 3 weeks. Hope you can give me some light coz ive been feeling so fatigue lately.

Thanks for consulting the Physicians at HealthCare Magic. I have worked through your case thoroughly, and I can easily realize your health worries. Being your physician, I reassure you not to worry as things will settle down very soon.
Most probably its due to the GERD. Sometimes Ulcer causes this pain. So its due to GERD and extra acid produced.
May be its due solely to the subjective feelings as a withdrawal effect after quitting smoking. Buht thats not the only reason. It might be muscle spasm. Apply heat pad to the area. It will give relief. Continue Omeprazole40mg as prescribed.
