What Causes Heaviness In Shoulders With Numbness And Pain In Right Arm?

I m 66 year old female. I m overweight, have high blood pressure(controlled), pre diabetic, (controlled) I ve been having a heaviness in my shoulders and light pain off and on in my right arm for a few days. Also, a little numbness in my right hand (kinda tingling feeling) Had an annual cardiology check up 2 weeks ago and everything was fine. I have a leaky valve in my heart, which has not changed in years. Should I be concerned?

It seems to me as your problem is related to cervical spondylitis. first of all, you should get an X ray of cervical spine in AP and Lateral view be done. send its report. by that time, you should start some exercises related to relaxation of neck. can apply Maha Narayan tail.
