What Causes Heaviness In The Abdomen After Eating?

HI!! I am Prajesh S. Mehta from Mumbai - India I am facing following problems, Please excuse me for words not properly used to describe my problem 1. After eating my dinner, My tummy becomes heavy as a result it shows that I am pregnant 2. After sometime, it start releasing GAs thru farting or sometimes i have rush to Pass stool 3. several times it creates so much of gas in my tummy that i keep on farting which creates embarrassment. 4. Past few days I am facing heaviness in my chest as a result some times it creates a impression that i have a heart problem 5. Yesterday I removed my ECG, which was normal My Habbit: I am a casual drinker, but smokes daily 7-8 cigarettes My Height is 5Ft 10 inch & my weight is 202.82 pounds Pl advise in this regards Prajesh S. Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to indigestion.

Indigestion can be pain or discomfort in your upper abdomen or burning pain behind the breastbone.

Symptoms usually appear soon after eating or drinking. 

I suggest using Simethicone medications to relieve the bloating.

I also recommend to use daily probiotics and drink liquids.

I suggest to eat a healthy diet and avoid overeating especially in the evening.
