What Causes Heaviness In The Arms And Rib Cage?

For the past couple of days at no warning the upper part of my body, the rib cage up, everything gets real heavy including my arms and it s disorienting. Not really dizzy just out of hit. There s mild pain. I had an episode this evening around 9 and my arms still feel real heavy and painful

Hello,

I think it might be a muscular skeletal problem. However, should rule out possible cardiovascular event.

I advise to monitor your blood pressure, and record the results for reference.

If they will persist, should go to ER for immediate evaluation.
