Hello dear
Understand your concern
I think it is due to hormonal imbalance or as a part of premenstrual syndrome. It is due to high/low progesterone or estrogen that take place during menstrual cycle. Take following advice: start relaxation and breathing exercise, use ice pack application on breast, avoid alcohol and caffeine, avoid too much salt, avoid high fat diet, wear full padded supportive bra, avoid stress, gentle massage with prime rose oil. If not resolve consult the gynecologist and go for hormonal testing and ovarian follicle study.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
