What Causes Heaviness In The Chest?

I have cold but am still quite active. My chest is really heavy. Had stress test and arteiole test 2 months ago and had very stron heart. This as gone on longer than normal. When I am active I feel better in 5 -10 minutes. Today tiredness and heaviness was there when I woke up. Still there now. Sorry for bother but this is crazy. I am taking two puffs of spiriva daily.
