What Causes Heaviness In The Eyes With Nausea And Vertigo?

i wS reading on he iPad for three hours but hav done that before my head felt odd and my eyes heavy then I got vertigo and felt nauseaus it passed after a few minutes Had my blood pressure taken the day before and it was good me a migraine I got panicky and took an ativan Had a cup of tea and took two neurofen. Still feel heavy in the eyes

Hello,

As the first line of management, you can take drugs like betahistine for symptomatic relief.
If symptoms persist you can consult an ENT specialist to look for inner ear related problems also.
An MRI scan also is considered in severe cases.
