What Causes Heaviness In The Head After Taking Amlong And Ronozex Tablets?

Hi, I saw my cardiologist complaining of breathlessness, who after advising an ECG (Heart Rate 63 bpm) put me on Amlong 2.5mg 1-0-0, Ranozex 500mg 1-0-1 & Rosuvas 5mg 0-0-1, apart from my other medications, for a month now. (He aslo advised an angiogram & asked me to take the above medication in the interim. I have been unable to go in for the angiogram so far, which I intend doing so next week). I have been getting heaviness in the head/headache about a week after I started this dosage. Is this a side effect of the dosage? Please advise ASAP.
