I have been having a constant feeling of heaviness in the left temple region since 3 weeks. It also makes my left eye feel heavy. If i work on computer, after some time my left eye starts seeing blurry and tired. The pain is not intense but chronic, from the time i wake up till the time i sleep. About an year ago, I had a mild impact on the head and had pain in the same part for 1 month and then it had cured. Now I dont know if this is related to the same or something different. Medications like ibuprofen reduce the heaviness for just 30 minutes but then its back to normal. Massaging the neck helps a bit but doesnt cure.
If i were your treating doctor for this case I would come up with following possibilities 1. Refractory error of the eye 2. Neurological condition may be related to the past head injury 3. Headache due to chronic fatigue 4. Myasthenia gravis
There are few other conditions on the list but they are all assumptions and can easily ruled out when you visit your doctor for an elaborate evaluation
i would like you to visit a neurophysician for an MRI Brain and clinical examination and an eye specialist for testing refractory error
I hope you fine my response both helpful and informative please feel free to to write back for further clarification
wishing you good health
