What Causes Heaviness In The Legs?

my left leg feels slightly heavy from the knee down. i have SLIGHT swelling in the left leg, and i get blue feet often. my left leg feels tingly and often goes numb randomly. i'm scared i might have a blood clot, is there ANYTHING else it can be? and also if i do have a blood clot, i'll live right?
