What Causes Heaviness In The Limbs?

I am on Warfarin(Marevan) as I had an anuerysim on the descending aorta and had a piece of titanium put in (Bentalls Procedure) ever since I experience extreme cold from my stomach down most of the time and also have periods when my limbs feel very heavy. I have asked several of my doctors but have had no answers. Please can you give me some idea what is causing it. I am taking Prednisone for Temporal Arteritis 2mg at present but trying to come off it.
