I have a heaviness in my outer ear which makes me feel uncomfortable and my attention is on it all the time. I did visit an ENT specialist who prescribed Elica ointment. However it did not help at all. I do not feel any pain but the heaviness in the outer part of the ear bothers me all the time. Kindly advise.
