What Causes Heaviness In The Shoulder And Right Arm?

hi, I amhaving shoulder and heaviness in my right arm , I have taken solpidine ,but it still aches , this pain has been gradually getting more frequent over the past tow weeks. ihad a angiogram in October because I have a big family history it showed approx. 10% stenosis should I be worried?
