What Causes Heaviness On Back Of Neck While Stretching Arms?

Hi, got something heavy on my neck (back and side only and not the front of my neck). I tend to be sleepy too. there are times that at the back of my neck, there is something that pop out. I got an observation that when I stretched my arms to get something, the heaviness on my neck becomes tighten.
