What Causes Heaviness On Lower Rib Cage?

Hi…I have been feeling mild heaviness on my right lower rib cage more toward the side. It started when I took antibiotics for a bladder infection. I also experienced the same symptoms about a year ago on the left side. I had an ultrasound which did not reveal anything negative.
