What Causes Heavy Abdominal Cramps With Vomiting During Menstruation?

I been on birth control pill for about 3 months I skipped almost an whole week in week 2 and had unprotected sex but I doubled my pills late. I skipped 2 days in week 3 and spotted for 3 days and stopped. Now I have an period with heavy cramps and vomiting with bad headache is this normal

Heavy abdominal cramps during menstuation is known as dysmennorhia, it is a common problem. You could take anti-inflammatory medicines like tranexamic acid for it. Your cramps would reduce.
Also i want to know about your menstruation, was it like normal or there was some less bleeding. Your period should last for 3-7 days with dark maroon or brownish bleeding. If this is the case you need not to worry.

Also i advise you to take birth control pills regularly as same time of day, this would helps you to prevent this type of cramps in future

If problem persists visit a gynaecologist
