What Causes Heavy And Faster Breathing While Crying?

Sometimes when I cry my breathing goes all weird and Iccan t control it. I don t have any breathing problems so why does this happen? It makes my breathing get faster and heavier and I can tcalm myself down. It doesn t happen everytime I cry but occasionally.
